My Experience: I have specialized in downtown living since 2001.Helping people find their urban dream home has always been of special interest to me.The process of making sure they are comfortable with all the aspects of the purchase and seeing them still happy months after their move-in has been very gratifying.I recognize that for every buyer, there will be a certain neighborhood, building or floor plan that will suit them best.Helping them fulfill all their goals in loft ownership is a challenge I truly enjoy.I have a strong background in the re-development of downtown Kansas City, and an affinity with life in the urban core.
